"New Home Package"
The "New Home Package" is great for first-time home buyers and buyers new
to the area. The Package includes:
" Welcome Basket filled with a town map, New Address postcards, Welcome
letter, Business card, Brochure, Pen, Notepad and a Coupon for one free hour of
errand service (If you would like to offer your clients only the "Welcome
Basket" you may for a per fee of $50; delivered). *If new homeowner has
children and/or pets, extra appropriate treats are added to basket.

- Prep Open House (light cleanup, air freshener, candles lit)
