Terms & Privacy Service Policy
Our normal business hours are Mon. – Fri. from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and 24 hour notice is requested for all errands.
Our service area includes Metro Milwaukee and all of Southeastern Wisconsin
An initial client consultation, for 30 minutes, is free.
Retainer/Membership fees are non-refundable, to be paid promptly, and unused time will not be carried over.
Additional mileage charges of $0.4850/mile will apply to any job outside of a 15-mile radius, unless otherwise stated.
Late fees, at 3% interest, will begin to accrue 7 days after service has been completed.
A fee of $40 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
All agreed upon fees owed to Agape Assistant Services are to be paid before or at time of services rendered.
Client is responsible for all costs related to requests; payment is due before service will take place. These costs include items like dry cleaning, automobile repair, catering, and personal shopping items.
The following payment methods are currently accepted: checks, money orders, and payment through Pay Pal for the following credit cards: Discover, Master Card, or Visa.
All Corporate Clients will be placed on a billing cycle.
Agape Assistant Services will not perform any work on Client's behalf that is illegal or puts Agape Assistant Services in unreasonable danger.
Agape Assistant Services is a licensed business and is a subcontractor of the Client.
Client has no responsibility to withhold any taxes from or provide any benefits to Agape Assistant Services
Subcontractors used to accomplish a project are not considered employees. Agape Assistant Services will make every effort to contract with competent, honest, and trustworthy individuals.
Contacting a consultant/errand runner directly is a violation of their contract, will jeopardize their standing with Agape Assistant Services, and be considered a violation of your agreement; services may be discontinued.
The following surcharges will occur: $25 with 4 hours or less notice/holidays, $15 added to the bill for same day request, $10 per hour for after hours/weekends. These are in addition to regular charges.
Client will be charged a $5 fee for a separate trip to pick up or drop off a key/set of keys or payment.
Cancellation of services requires a 24 hour notice.
If no notice is given, all monies paid will be forfeited less $25. Notice can be given via telephone or e-mail.
Agape Assistant Services will not at any time sell or exchange our client information to outside sources.
Agape Assistant Services will not give out any information about our clients without their consent.
Vendors/Service Providers will be provided with only the information required to complete a specific task.
Discretion will be strictly adhered to by Agape Assistant Services and all employees/IC.
Agape Assistant Services will not be held liable for any damages that the third party incurs if a third party:
damages Client's items (i.e. dry cleaners, plumber damages wall while repairing leaky pipe, etc.).
is negligent, in any way, (i.e. food poisoning from lunch deliveries, lost pet from broken fence, etc.).
has access to Client's home while client is away, and Agape Assistant Services is not there.
Agape Assistant Services offers its clients a satisfaction guarantee on all services rendered.
If you are not satisfied with any of your services, Agape Assistant Services will refund your service fee after every attempt has been made to satisfy you the client.
